^ thats not really true, some people on dial up have the same IP's for their different areas, it depends where they live.

plus, you can disguise your ip and make it look like your under someone elses, its not that difficult.

Yo thats the funny thing........i was on i think saturday or maybe sunday and i was surfin rb and i clicked user cp and it said ive been ip banned....so i asked end what was up he said that i share ip addresses with bruk and under so i was like damn........so there mus be others around our area who might be on rb that were gonna get ip banned.....unless 1 of us were.....ive never heard of people sharing the same ip before..........but i guess it can happen in close proximity
