one thing, I focus more on audio now, and really don't care much for text.
Second, you'll never see me in any post, say I am the best, or am one of the best. But what I will say is that when I try, my shit is easily better than your stuff.
Third, I don't really try unless it's a important battle. Like for tournies (KORV 2, first text tourney here, which I won). And for important battles, like when I battled Soc, Feeble, mimesis, or for any beef inspired battle.

Fourth, people who say I get D/r to win. It's pretty simple, on a site, if you post a lot, and people like you, and if you got like 20+ wins, 3000+ posts, almost anyone will have d/r. I mean you can't do shit about it. It's not like I ask for it.

and fifth, everyone has their opinion, so it's w/e. and if you wanna battle, set it up. Proove I suck. :rolleyes:

Ok, so here's my list. Well, not necessarily mine, I had a little bit of input from several knowledgable cats, and this is just an honest opinion.

10. Led Poetic - Quite inactive nowadays, but a remarkable head nonetheless. He's been around since before the split, accumulating over 100 wins in EFL/FL…and about 10 losses. Apparantley gyped out of a win in the first KORV, and several times accused of biting, Led has always been known to always attract and escalate controversy.

9. Flow Intelligent - Been around a long time, about 2 months before the split. One of the original vets of RV. Has a tendency to disappear during tournaments involving cash prizes, though.

8. Mimesis - Probably the funniest guy on RV, and I'm not talking about a sense of humor. I'm referring to the misconception regarding his almost perfect record - "You only battle newbs!" When he does agree to battle someone, they'll back down or get quite a surprise.

7. L.I. - Not much to be said here. L.I. is one of the few cats on RV who enjoys talking shit just to show how much he can back it up.

6. Hotshh! - This kid came out of nowhere. I mean, he already had like a 21-4 record, but was slept on by the majority of RV. That is, until the first KORV tournament. He was ranked just in the middle, and made it all the way to the Final Four. Did the same in KORV2 as well.

5. Jack the Ripper - He spent a lot of his first year on RV on the bottom half of the skill level. When KORV2 came around, he started telling everyone he was gonna win it. He hadn't improved much from his newb days. BOOM! JTR straight up dominates his opponents, eliminating 2 of the favorites (R-Rated, hotshh!). An overnight improvement like that, and a surplus of fresh concepts, eaily puts him up here on the top 10.

4. Enygma - Joined just before the split like Flow Intel, but unlike him drifted from text after a little while. Then after 30+ wins, E was ready to hang up his hat at text and just be an audio head. One of the first on RV to make that switch, I believe. But he didn't go out like a bitch - E had an impressive run as far as tourneys go, including a spot in the Final 4 of RV's first text tourney. Yes, there was a tourney before KORV.

3. Pop Lotty - Don't let the losing record fool you, this kid can hang with the best. Although he has lost to some mediocre/wack heads, there would always be a group of people right there to disagree. He had a distinctive style, that was laid back and straight forward at the same time. He still battles every once in a while, either on an alias or in a tourney.

2. 9th Degree - Let's be honest, nobody took him serious the first few months he was on RV. I mean, his name was The Kid P-Dizzle for Christ sake. But back in the Summer of '04, Troop was considered a threat to most. They battled, and it resulted in a complaint-riddled 5-4 victory, in Dizzle's favor. With that being his ticket to gaining status on RV, 9th Degree has done nothing but elevate since, battling (and beating) damn near every top text head on RV.

1. Socrates - He even admits to falling off pretty hard, but in his day Soc was a beast. One of the few people that could channel emotion into a text battle verse and actually have it be evident. In short, Socrates has proven to numerous competitors that no matter how good you think you are, there's always someone 100x better than you.
