flow: both had decent flow.... jms's may have a bit better

punches: definitely bizzey won this category.....just about every bar was a punch.....jms had a couple good punches....just not as many and they werent as good as bizzeys

multis: obvious that bizzey has this category too....he had mad multis all throughout the whole verse....jms had nice multis too.....they were not as easy to spot as bizzeys and there were a whole lot fewer

ok biz sstructure nees work, we dont know when a line ends so we end up payin more attention to tryin to figure it out rather than pay attention to the disses, and it had nice flow though, but j's had better structure and had harder disses.

Gotta give it to bizzy. His metaphores were much more complex and the punchlines were cold as hell. jmsbond's flo is tight but you just didnt have the punchlines to finish this one off.
