anyone been traveling anywhere?

Went all over Japan from last october - dec. Came back, left to Cali in January. Then went back to Cali in April. Came back to Montreal for a lil while and peaced off to Tokyo again but not to live there this time, just for 5 days. From there I left to China where I am right now, and ill be in Hong Kong in a few days from now staying for 5 days.

5 star hotel in China and in Hong Kong cuz I can afford that. Got a 4 star hotel for Tokyo for only 180 a night thanks to priceline which i split three ways (it was a three bed room)

Anyone else gone anywhere interesting lately?

WhoAmI 05-15-10 07:32 AM

lol i've paid for all this with the money I worked for the entire summer on a shitty ass army course getting cock from seargents I think I deserve this vacation.

But I am more fortunate then others in the sense that I can spend all that money I worked for on vacations and still come back to montreal and have enough to support myself. But trust me, i'm verryyyy careful with my spending and don't buy shit I don't need. I only buy new jeans if i've sold enough of the bomb weed or clothes on ebay or watches to friends (i buy and re-sell watches)

I come from a fortunate background but im not THAT rich.

WhoAmI 05-15-10 10:28 AM

fair enough, oh yeah, england isn't that great as a vacation destination lol

JTR 05-15-10 10:29 AM

And shit I only talk bout the ups on RV but never the downs. Most people don't know how I lived when my parents got divorced and I lived with my mom. My dad has money, my mom doesnt. He bought her a house since we were staying with her, but even with that and child support it was still hard for her to support herself and us while going back to college to study. I remember nights where she'd be up late on the computer and I'd be like "are you going to bed soon? Im going to bed, goodnight." I'd wake up in the morning and she'd still be working on her projects (my mom won the award in her class for being the top student). At the legal age to work a job (15 years old here) I stopped highschool for a year and a half and worked 5 days a week 2 shifts a day for 3 of those days in a kitchen so I could afford to buy myself my own clothes, my own meals etc etc so my mom wouldnt have to pay. I paid for a lot of things around the house and helped to support her and my sisters while they went to school.

Trust me when my sisters moved out when they were 18, my mom and I and my step-dad moved from rosemere into an apartment in the projects of saint-michel which is the slums of montreal known for its gang violence (wannabe crips and bloods) because my new highschool was closer and cuz she couldnt afford the house my dad bought her anymore and we didnt need such a big place since my two sisters moved out. That was hard living there for half a year but I got my head straight and graduated (from my 3rd highschool since the first 2 kicked me out) with 90's in every subject (cept french) and was able to go into a private college (after working for a year again).

I've lived with money and i've lived without it im business smart and street smart and I wouldnt have it any other way man

I've actually been doing a lot of traveling lately... I just spent tha last couple of weeks in Liberty City visiting my cousin Roman. Now I'm vacationing on Mars doing some Guerrilla shit fo this group called Red Faction. I was also doing some Mercenary work in Venezuela - seeing as how I know my way around fo obvious reasons. I'd like to go back to San Andreas sometime soon, but I also could go to tha tropical island of Panau in Southeast Asia and hang out wif my spicca Rico Rodriguez.

As far as real life goes however... does going to people's houses to buy shit they posted on kijiji count? :/

... werd

JTR 05-16-10 04:50 AM

so... wait... how's the weather on mars?

_Talksic_ 05-16-10 11:01 AM

if i had money i'd go to ireland or isreal

Mad Dog 05-16-10 01:54 PM

If you've ever been to an Irish bar...that's Ireland...if you've ever been to an Irish bar with an English owner, that's Northern Ireland

JTR 05-16-10 02:36 PM

Wordz AhGod 05-16-10 07:32 PM

well, Im from florida.. been to Cali, New York, South and north caroline and Iwakuni Japan along with a few other areas in the japan country.

JTR 05-16-10 09:10 PM

What part of florida? I lived there with my dad in clear-water for 6 months and did a lot of skydiving at skydive city near by there in Tampa.

Cola 05-17-10 12:16 AM

I've been to Califorina, New York, Washington, Orgeon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorodao, Utah, Montana, Nevada in the U.S., been up to Lethbridge in Canada...and than i've been to Cabo San Lucas, Mezzattlan (spellin?), and Peurto Vertua (spellin again)...their three costal cities on the western side of Mexico

Ltizzle 05-17-10 12:21 AM

I've been to my fair share of spots here in the states. I go to the eastcoast every year, actually I kicked it with SP last time I was out there. Oh and I've been to Mexico.

If I had the money though I'd definitely want to visit both Japan & Greece. Those are the top 2 on my destination list.

JTR 05-17-10 12:26 AM

Why Greece?

word though but I said lately but since everyone doing it different

So anyone else on RV

I don't know, Greece has always attracted me for some reason. I love greek food, love beaches, good weather. Just seems like an awesome place to visit.

I'd definitely take Japan first though. Then Greece.

Thats ill. I've done one of those, great time.

Though for me an entire week long cruise is a bit much, I think 4 days or so is the way to go, unless of course part of that time is spent off the boat on shore somewhere.

King Solo 05-17-10 02:09 PM

lol, word to Colby

Not too long ago I hit up the Tian Shan Mountains with my boy Captain MacTavish.

word son, it was alot of time on the boat. but being drunk on the boat is fun as fuck, and it wasn't just me and my fiancee, it was like a group of 6 of us. So we always had people to kick it with. The only down side to the trip was the last day, when they were like full steam to port and the boat was like super rocky and there was really nothing left to do on the boat.

We went on the Carnival Splendor. You can check it out on their website. Had like 2 clubs, a cigar lounge, pools, arcades, dance halls, 3 sit down resturants, a movie lounge, a theather. like...dude, so much shit i can't even type it all. It was one of the greatest times in my life.

But on the week long cruise we went too. it went like this

first 2 days, boat...3rd day 8am-7pm land in Puerto Vallerta (do what you want)..4th day was in Mezzaletan from like 8am-5pm...than a day in sea..than 6th day was in Cabo for like 6 hours...than last night and day was at sea until you dock.

but by the end of it, i was so tired of drinking and partying i just wanted to go home. That and sleeping in a room that moves and sways every which way starts to get annoyhing after awhile, if your sober, which i wasnt', but my girl friend was...and she started getting sick.

JTR 05-18-10 10:29 AM

yea that sounds realllyyyyy sick, thats what happens like when I was living in tokyo i was just getting shit faced drunk with friends everynight and you meet new people but youre always starting the night off and ending the night getting smashed with the same old people in the same places after like 2 weeks in a row of that i was so sick of it and just bounced for a week and went all over the rest of japan

gotta get some culture in you cant just party it up (but cruises are a different story) cuz if u go to a beautiful country with so much culture and history and you come back with nothing to show for except pics of partying I find that really lame, and the sight seeing and learning was my fav part easilly

Cola 05-18-10 11:29 AM

i learned alot about one of the cities i was in for sure. the other 2 were a little more boring. But i swam and played with a dolphin which was ill as fuck. THan i went offroading in another city to a private beach, and all these mexican fools like flocked to us and would just start throwing shit up on us being like, this is for you, this looks to nice not to buy...rofl, little fuckers.

JTR 05-18-10 12:12 PM

lol those lil hustlers give me a laugh, i actually made cool with some when i was in belise and started helping them to hustle bead necklaces to the american tourists cuz i was white and id be like yeaaa i bought some theyre great quality hand-made not that factory store bullshit that sells for even more at the souvenir shop and they'd trust me cuz i wasnt just some lil carribean hustler and then the kids would thank me haha

in return they'd show me where to get weed at or what places were good to check out on the island and walk me there but sometimes id be walked to places where it was only locals and get a bad feeling like i hope these lil punks are bringing me to get jumped and robbed by their older brothers but they ended up being chill

Cola 05-18-10 01:53 PM

yeah, some of them were complete dickhead fucks who looked shady as fuck. But most of them, like the farther south you went in Mexico, where they were less Americanized, those people were twice as nice as the people in Cabo.

lol carla don't be ignorant. Look it up on wikipedia. First of all im pretty sure newfyland has the lowest crime rate, and quebec is up there too because quebec is mostly french hick farm lands. Check the crime rate for the city of montreal solely, we're one of the few places that still have active italian mafia, infact in the 80's this place had a war between families, and a lot of biker wars. We're the most prominent place in Canada for hells angels. I'm not saying im in a gang or a gang member or associated with gangs, and saint michel isnt dangerous at all in the day-times, but if you're chilling just you and your friend in a park there late at night you'll prolly get jumped and thats how it is. Its nothing to brag about i'd be embaresed to tell people i was living there and still am cuz it's a loss of face and hurts reputation. I couldnt walk into my apartment at night without getting insults thrown at me by the group of black/indian dudes who'd chill on the front steps drinking and smoking weed everynight and have to ignore them and keep on walking

JTR 05-20-10 12:33 PM

the point wasnt to look cool and brag about being from the ghetto, im a fkn jew not cassidy. the point was to let people know im not just some rich kid who hasnt experienced living in a garbage ass waste of a district with little money. I know both sides and the grass is greener on one of them and thats why i know how to appreciate what I got more then others so anything I got i deserve

J.Roy 06-03-10 07:48 AM

Nope sadly enough, to busy with work and my son. I would really like to take a vacation to California this summer and visit some family though.

LaTiNKiTTeN 06-03-10 03:32 PM

since when do u have a son lol

n rofl@the jtr shit i cant be bothered researching the montreal crime rate or lack of

Wordz AhGod 06-05-10 03:41 PM

fuck all that reading.. i'll just come in on some ignorant shit as usual.. and ROFL x2 Kittens sig.. OWNAGE.

Just got back from Vegas for a huge VW event. It was fuin as hell. Partied with the Germans and blew too much money. The drive was fun.

Cola 06-08-10 04:01 PM

why would you got to a VW event. When VW is the worst and lamest auto on the road.
