There is an email address that is checked every half hour to an hour for emergancy contact of administration. He could have sent an email there and they would have simply gone to add a new forum on the admin control panel and written the details.

But Im not gonna give this email to anyone on the board because Im sure they dont want to have to come to RV 24-7 for useless shit like name changes. PM's will do.
