~Monthly Awardz Thread.. Mod Situation..~
 

Aight we know that E Looch left his Final word, and Deadly Vision's takin a break.. so what now with the awards.. well, really what's with the mods now.. i know that willa- ur still here but what now.. but Best Open Mic September thread is still there... and it's mid-November, and the October threads are closed but still sitting there..

anybody knows what's up..? or how it's gonna get ran now?

if it needs another Mod--i'd be the first to volunteer for that shit, i'm active n got post count+, why not..

but anywayz.. feedback on this, any one?

Umm i would say someone active and someone who is respected , not bias , and wont go over the top because you have mod power should mod it.. if any of you feel youre in this category then let me know i can post something up in the employees/moderators forum and see if strobe is willing to give anyone a chance

^well-- i'm far from biased... i think i'm respected enough.. and power is not a tool in my opinion, and i hate when people flaunt their positions over others.. and y'all kno i'm active.. if that's what's need, then i think i'd do well as a mod..

wow, dope^^, but i think maybe instead of 20 designated voters, we should have the mods from all forums vote, i think it'd be more fair that way, because they know what talent is where,in their forums, and then the other awards can be voted on by them too..., and maybe eliminate all this D/R and C/R going on everywhere......let me know what you think willa, and others too...this isnt final,,just some ideas to make it more fair.....1

actually i ran a summer tourny before, and held a few different titles as soon as im in the league i will at least get myself a title shot at someone :)
plus i dont have any dickryders on this site and i dont really talk to anyone so im a biast voter who can give fair break down bar for bar

All the talk bout picking mods, strobe picks the mods, and He aint gon' pick you if your askin.....

Plus the voters idea is good, That way shit gets voted on every month, and it aint down to chance.
