i cant be bovered goin in to what i actually drunk, but i shit you not this is the worst hangover ever!!!!

i got told a fry up, bacon sausages etc,
i seen the food twice!!!

i got told to drink water,
that spent the rest of the day in a bucket!!!

the dogs hair, or sum shit, where you have another drink!!!
only smelt the shit an i was agen bent over ;)

an i tried sleepin it of, all fuckin yesterday!!!

what should i do???

go to McDonalds...if you can manage it...
get about 7 or 8 hash browns.... and eat all of them
you are not going to fell like eating them but once the grease from the hash browns sink in your system it will start to soak up some of the alcohol...sounds crazy but it works.... u still have to drink your water though...gotta get that shit out of your body...and thats the best way

i had nearly a full bottle of white rum to myself, an i dunno if they have em in america, but these little bottles of sminoff ice, alcopop things.

i went out to this club, an they is only open till 12:30 at night on a sunday, an i got threw out within 10 minutes for throwin up.

then i had to stagger home with my friend tryin to help me!!!

an bein in britain it wasnt too warm!!

Drink a pint of water before you go out, as well as like two eggs etc.. in a pint after it...
Before you sleep after comin in drink a pint of water.....

I'm only giving you this advice because you seem to be pretty fucked up. OK disolve some alkaseltzer in a cup of cold water. Down the alkaseltzer followed by a huge cup of ice cold 7 up or sprite of soemthing like that. That should work for the symptoms. Next time you drink, make sure you have a lot of water in your system before drinking, then before going to bed. This is a crue all, it never fails. water is the key, but in your case you need to rink that alkaseltzer and possibly another cold beer, should work. I have much experience when it comes to sobbering up and killing hangovers in a hurry. I am on call 24 hours a day, so I have used these methods many times..

drink water...eat bread...alchaseltzer/\...eat food even if you are not hungry...try not to make sudden movements...blah

next time stop drinking when the world starts to spin;)

okay, heres what i learned....and i'm a 3rd student so i KNOW my shit.

for a start drink a pint of water BEFORE you go to bed...and make sure you get to bed, even if its someone elses.

if you've been drinking vodka and vodka only, the worst you're gonna be is dehydrated, the cure is water, easy.

if its lager (bud, carling, carlsberg) then you're gonna have a headache if you've overdone it. cure= alkaselzher, water and some junk food breakfast (sausage and bacon, mcdonalds, whatever you like)

if its grolshlaager (it tastes of aniseed) then you should NOT drink wateras its a water-based alcohol which means you'd get drunk again.

if you cant see, call an ambulance (make a mental note of where the 9 and 1 buttons are beforehand). if the room is spinning, stop drinking.
