i heard kazaa is busting ppl through ip now....is that true?

Well the RIAA is apperently tryin' to prosecute downloaders n charge them with the amount of money downloaded n stalled on their computers.
There have also been created so called 'screechers' planted as common mp3 files between all the regular files, if u download a file u download bits of different users, if u might happen to download a piece of a 'screecher' your file will be filled with screechy, high pitched tones through out ur download(song)..
Which makes it quite useless..

You can't get prosecated through IP traces as this is a violation of privacy.
Which was the verdict earlier on spoken out by the supreme court.
Currently there's another case runnin' which basicly comes down to same thing.
I think u dont have anything to worry about, regardless you breaking the law, Cause a kid got sued earlier on, took RIAA to court n the outcome was in his favour.
