Is rotten.com for real, or is the shit it posts up on there faked? Cause a lot of the blood and stuff on there doesnt look real in my opinion, but a few people i know say their all real photograph's, from medical cases and that.

Figured i'd ask, cause that one with the helicopter is fucking disgusting if its real.

Yeah, most are probably real. Though the stories (as stated in link) are questionable.

To flip this thread to another angle. Why do some of you go to these websites and view the photos/videos? And do you think it's a website that can 'help' one further themselves? I mean that in terms of mental prowess and forititude.

Are there any good points of such websites? And do they outweigh the bad? If not, how imbalanced do you think the good-bad are?
