DNF might be telling the truth.. i use to have aol. i forgot AOL has a server ip.......... that never changes.. so when you do things like if someone tracks to get your ip they get the same ip...... you have a specific ip but there is a server ip assigned.. and its the same for everyone. so we lookin at the server ip.
