Its a few things that go into mainstream shit,first of all u have to have something catchy the first time people start to pay attention 2 you, then after u get the attention u have to keep shit catchy.example.Jay-Z got no love for the classic Reasonable Doubt,but after he did the catchy shit wit "Hard Knock Life" he started 2 sell millions. But this isn't it, there are over a million different reasons people survive maintstream and most of em start wit luck.
