yo, well, I wouldn't exactly call what i'm doin' "Bodybuilding" anyway, i'm just lookin' too add some extra weight, build some mucles etc..

i got my program all set out..but anyone know what kinda food and stuff you should be eating..?

any help would be appreciated mos def.

I used to body build so I know what to eat

Meat.....loads and loads of it
Vegetables......a lot
Hardly any fatty food.......although sometimes you need them

Drink milk and water but also by protein drinks and shit from gyms and things.

Oh and train in the gym really hard....if it hurts then thats a good sign

High carb content starchy foods...
Smooties - skimmed milk,ice,fruit in a blender...
Basically High carb,high protein foods wit relatively low
fat content....but don't cut fat out all together cos that shit protects ya brain n shit

to build muscle you obviously need to work out and get alot of protein!

you should aim for 1-2grams of protein per lb of bodyweight.
eat plenty but split it up into like 6 meals a day so your body is constantly fuelled.

eat things like ( chicken, tuna, steak, vegetables, fruit) you have to no which is high carbs and low etc. your best for protein is the chicken and tuna though.

if your wanting to put muscle size on then your gonna have to bulk up that means eat more than average you will put on fat aswell but if you do it correctly not much.

cardio- 3 times a week for about 30 mins each time (running)

then once youve got to the point your happy say like after 3 months bulking then you cut which you would take out most fat foods and high carbs. do more cardio then yull end up with a more lean look but you will lose sum muscle size and thats where its most important to have alot of protein to keep muscle mass.

*GET A GOOD ROUTINE with the weights for mass small reps lift heavy. if you need a good routine il post up a good mass building one if you aint got one already.

chickens my favourite food..lol, i'm tryin' to cut out eating too much between meals, all that snack shit ya know...doin' about 3 or 4x more than what i used to (weights)....as LM said,

I will tell you exactly what to do...

1) Try to eat at least 5 meals a day with Protein as your main focus.. Protein is the building block to gain muscle mass & weight (Tuna Fish, Chicken, Egg Whites, Peanut Butter, Steak, Any Type Of Fish, Hard Boiled Eggs.. Etc)..
Its hard to eat 5 good meals a day so i suggest you get some Protein to make shakes & mix in bannanas & peanut butter in.. Have two of those & eat 3 good meals with that.. Try not to eat to many carbohydrates..

2) Get your self some Glutamine, Creatine & A Multi Vitamen

3) Drink A Lot Of Water

4) Try To Switch Up Your Workout Every Week.. Dont Stay With The Same Work Out Because Your Muscles Will Become Use To It .. Alternate Different Excercises That Have The Same Range Of Motion

If You Stick To This.. I Garantee You Will See A Big Difference

dont change ya whole routine though you not see no benefits stick to a routine for 12weeks then change completely,

evolve u mean switch the exercises up eg, instead of barbell bench do dumbell bench, alternate between incline/flat etc. not the whole routine, sets reps.

i wouldnt bother with these mags you buy you can get the same info of the net, especially on the site i mentioned if you are considering anabolic steroids id get as much info on them b4 u do. theres so much shit on the market thats not the real deal.

OH AND DONT BE A WIMP WITH ALL THESE SMITH MACHINE BENCHES HACK SQUAT MACHINES AIM FOR FREE WEIGHTS!

Make sure you have alot of carbohydrates... To keep your energy level up, so you can do more of a work out. Also remember muscle weighs more than fat. So eat alot of food with protien and potasium as well, and work out alot. I put on a good 5 pounds in the past month. I got track coming up. So I gotta be fit for that shit. Good luck with this hommie, need to know anything else?

My doctor says I have an extremely fast digestive system and matabolism. So I don't need to worry about getting fat. Playing basketball and lifting pretty much keeps me where I want to be. Fruits and vegitables are good. You gotta try an all Romane Lettuce diet, nothing but that to eat, it is awsome.

protein is key, dont drink alot of water, the less water you drink the more definition you have in your body.

i took creatine, it actually helped a lot for me, i gained a good 10-13 lbs, but it doesnt work for everyone... the only problem with creatine is that you hvae to drink a lot of water, which takes away from muscle definition, so i stopped takin it

I eat protein and still everyday do my push-ups, run, and bench press 200 da least if I want to go higher I will. Just work out hard like Goku from Dragonballz like I did and you'll become stronger than you ever were. I'm a Super Saiyan 2 now because i'm strong for my height and size but bulky and quick too. increase reps everytime you get stronger and challenge yourself.

Take five meals a day at least. Spread them out evenly. To keep energy going and digestive system going.

Nice balance of protein and carbos in every meal. Red meats are good, but not all the tiume. Chicken breast, fish and eggs are most reccomended. Especially the first and last. Try to eat with pasta or rice rather than bread. Though don't fret over that, if you prefer bread, so be it.

Er...make two of your meals protein drinks. If you want to go down that path. Creatine helps a lot, but don't know how serious you are. And once again, not everyone likes to take that route. It's legal though.

Eat five fruits a day. Try to add them to your meals.

Hmmmm...that's all off the top of my head. I haven't properly done bodybuilding. But done a lot of foundation like training (martial artist type rather than out and out raw strength). And that above diet would work.

Oh, and 3-4 litres of water.

But to tell you the truth, i don't lik eto concentrate too much on diet. Rather train with a balance of different foods. Junk and 'healthy'. Body usually adapts. And the type i was doing, conditions itself to unusual 'diets' and all that.
