heard it on the radio this morning. AZ Foxxy Kweli and Mos Def all Brooklyn born emcees are all thinking about signing to Rocafella. Dame said he wants all of em.Foxxy Brown and Jay Z are back to being cool again,shown by Foxxy showing up at Jay's concert at MSG,AZ and Jay have been tight since his first video (thats AZ at the table playing monopoly) and Kweli and Mos Def have both started a nice relationship wit Rocafella. Now on the radio, they said if anybody doesn't sign, it'll be Pharoe Monch. If this shit happens, rap it up cuz the game will be controlled by Rocafella and Shady

yo mos def had a big underground jazz image, almost every track on the blackstar album is given a jazz beat. the only part that i was wrong about is that kanye, freeway, beenie sigle and m.o.p. are some of the only peops who aren't all commercial on rocafella. And you're the one who should be shooting himself seeing that you're in the military, they give you guns don't they, or is shooting (along with rapping) one of your weaknesses.

Talib and Tech are among my favorites. I like using the same kits as they use.

Mos Def barely even has an image anymore. He hasn't released anything since Black On Both Sides. He is still a dope artist, but the point is that he needs to release that sophomore effort already. Same with Pharoahe Monch. When was the last time he released something?

I'm happy that finally some talent is being put into the mainstream. I just don't want the next Black Star album to be clustered with crappy Roc appearances because, quite frankly, I don't like anyone on the Roc. Jay-Z is alright but I think that even he would be "out-of-place" on a BlackStar album.

How could this be good for hip hop fans? I like DEF,KWELI,PHAROE, and AZ, so would i have to wait long periods of time between albums. Record labels dont usually release close together so as not to lose sales. It would be impressive to see if they can handle these artists. Maybe they should drop the loosers they currently have signed.
