in my opinion tupac is much better cuz first of all, he's got so much more out there. Also, one of the main reasons he is even being compared is because he was probably the only big rapper out there who was able to challenge anyone from the west side back in the day. However, he's not on the same level as Tupac...not by any stretch of the imagination.

R.I.P. to both of them but just cuz Biggie's dead, doesn't mean he should be be compared to Tupac...

biggie is the better rapper. He has much better flow. Yeah tupac has more out but the quality isn't as good. Tupac sounds like a whiney bitch when he raps
