I give it to Da.. tight battle, but punches won this one because you both came pretty similiar with flow and the such, so punches made it. Both y'all gotta work on personals though, and also try doing 1 punch per bar sometimes, a set up and then a good punch, hits harder I think and varies it up a bit. Anyway.. pretty ok battle, just work on putting a couple multis n some wordplay in there to spice it up a bit too...
