What's the point of saying one is better than the other? Does there have to be a greatest of all time? No.. they don't even rap about the same thing generally. Frankly, many of Pac's songs don't appeal to me that much because I don't run with a gang, I haven't been to prison, etc whereas I think eminem's songs are sometimes more universal, and he is also just an incredible lyricist.

like its been said,it really dont matter whos the best but the only pac songs that stick out to me are do for love and brendas got a baby.they were very good songs because they showed a more sensitive side to the man which i found endearing.however,on the real,the name tupac wouldnt mean a lot today if he hadnt of got shot.thats the only reason most people who dont follow rap know about him.if he hadnt of been shot i very much doubt he would have the status he has today.and to me,before he got shot he was just another emcee and nothing truly special....
