Did ya'll see the Jesus Walks video?? If so wat do ya'll think; Does it give a positive image in your eyes or is it juss an act??

I think that him actin like a preacher was hella funny, he was doin a lil dance and everything, he was gettin into his roll

good video, very smart and artzy...kanye doesn't do anything bland...like all the other rappers out there...

Well see he's a preacher and he's talking about thing black people young and old face everyday; his examples was a black dude that was between tha ages of 19 and about 21 being confronted by 2 niggas who i guess gang bangs and then they jumped him. The it was a black female who was a ho and she was about the same age range, and a white dude drove up next to her and they put tha camera angle at her ass and her gut (yukk!!) then he drove off. Tha last 1 was a drunk bum, also black, and he was about 50 somethin, and i really didn't understand his part in it.

there's 3 different versions of the video so far i only seen 2 but they supposed the show the 3rd version on mtv.com like 2morrow but the one's i seen so far are hot.The first one is like a prostitute,murderer,and hustler trying to get their life right and the 2nd one is something about a chain gang i never got to finish watching it though.

The video that they showed was the fourth video that Kanye shot, apparantly he wasnt happy with the others so I am expectin this on eto be really good because All Falls Down is a great video, and so is Through the Wire, so for him to re-shoot this all those times it hasto be good really. Kanye is in my opinion the best rapper out there at the moment anyway, his lyrics are so meaningful and his style is so set apart from most other artists. What do you all think????

its a big act, he shouldve never did that vid. or made it completely diff., that wasnt coo to be actin like that in church...that was some idiotic shit right there..its a negative vid. to me, i think he flipped his message around

shit i JUST seen the one in the church...it was ridiculous, it wasnt hot, i think he's thru for this album, video wise, shit, whats he tryna do, come out wit a video for every song...kanye needs to quit, everything cant be tight, only if u make it that way, and he aint making it that way

i saw the video like this.....the guy was in a gang and he decided to quit he was runnin away and he was killed. the angel gave him a second chance... the black chick was like u sai da ho...a white dude pulls up and see's her and tries to get her in the car but she runs away from him because she is tired of what she does... the angels in the form of kids help her up the fence.. which symbolized her strugle ...and the drunk old man...was homeless i think and he was walkin the streets drunk and was about to cross the street into traffic but an angel comes and stops the traffic..they all end up at the church and drop the thing that corrupts them.... the guy drops his gang bandana..the drunk drops his drink...and the hooker drops herslef

The eason Kanye's doin a video for every song on his album is that he's makin the College Dropout dvd so I think that thats gonna be a video for every songon the album pretty much, it wud make sense.

yeh we hav MTV but we dont hav BET, only kno bout it from like tunes and websites, we always get music videos much later over here aswell

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but theres two different verions of Jesus Walks. One for MTV and one for BET. I like the BET version better though lol
