real ip's work that way......i dunno what these RB ip's are....these numbers and etters.....but they must have it there for a reason..........i dont believe rb would put them there,n make them so everyone from the same country who has the same isp would have the same ip's ....it would defeat the purpose

Im saying that amount because that is the amount of how many I have seen with the same IP as me. It changes to a 5a5c one which again people match mine with...i dont get why it changes but it does.

i read it....n i've known this.....any isp has a certain number of ip's..they basically may have (just an example) a million ips...and 2 million costumers.....but since not everyone is online at the same time,they "recycle " them.........but the fact remains that no TWO computers can have the SAME IP AT THE SAME TIME.........n it looked to me like u n resolve were online at the same time with the same ip......posting after each other

From what I can tell, they are not the same people. As for not having the same ip at the same time, this is true for most isps... except for AOL. Being the biggest isp in the US, you would think they will have hundreds of thousands of ips, but instead, they use proxy servers so those people end up sharing ips. My guess is that they are caching the content on local servers rather than fetching new pages all the time for all the users.
