I been noticing this....
why do high post's people battle newby's an put 200 post restrictions on there battles?
doesn't seem fair..... I've had about 5 instance's where the newby won but I cant vote cus the "vet" has such a high poll restriction. ne one else notice this? |

low post counts just mean you been on this site for a short while so we cant know if you know something or not.vets(im not one)cant be sure if someone without a reputation on this site know something or not so thats why you post first and then ppl can judge if you know something or not.but whatever

yup. you have to subject yourself to another low poster. and then your battle doesn't even get voted on. because the "vet's" aren't here to vote. There only here to vote so they get votes in return. If you call that a "vet".

I hate aliases... I hunt the fuckers down and report them. It's shitty the way people think that they need to make other accounts for themselves because they can't win. You win some you lose some. Deal with it.

well, actually if you think yuo can check IP's and you mean the numbers on the top right of a post, that is not yo IP. I forgot what it was, but a lot of people have the same. ME and L.I. have the same one cuz we both use AOL. Like all AOL are like the same. or somethin' like that. the only people who can do IP checks are the admins, and amybe the mods. But other than that, it isn't possible to check them

also, to answer the question of this thread, a lot of people do that so they don't get bullshit votes. I do it to. Cuz I HATE battlin' on frontlines, cuz people jus drop like 2 to 3 line votes. that's not explained. and the people who usually do this votin' are...newbies. So whenever I have a battle in frontlines, I always put the post minimum to 100 or 200, cuz then there's a less chance of some newb comin' and doin' some gay ass vote against me.

i eat cats on a mat because it was black.....is the best a site can do then there's a vet on that site...it dont matter where you are...its the standards you have to meet...shadows edge is a RB RELAUNCHED vet...dunno bout other sites..but for this one he is....shit like htat....so there is something to discuss |

a veteran is someone proven and seasoned... if you started a site tomorrow and invited a slew of people who'd never written a rhyme to join... they wouldn't be vets for a long long time... even in comparison to the newbs that sign up after them... This site is newb to herbish... has a large smattering of mediocre heads... with moderate experience... every single 'vet' stayed at Original... it's true... and I'm not even claiming to be a vet... |

not sure where you're getting at with the Braveheart thing... and the specificity of veterans...
you still have to go through some stuff before you're a vet... I don't hate on this site in EVERY post... most of my posts are from before the split... and well Original added a chatroom so my work computer won't open the page now... cuz of the work filters... So I post here to pass the time on the weekends... I am amused by the naerdoings of yonder peons... everybody on this site throws around these huge gangsta net balls... and none of them are really very good... I could guess that at least 10-20 percent of active members on Relaunched are rejects who got banned from other sites... beyond that... the feeling I get is that most of you must average the age of 14 or so...because the spelling, grammar and overall intelligence is considerably low maybe those last two points are positively correlated... I dunno.. I jus like using big words... hmmmm but as for the point... If Nas is a 'braveheart' veteran...then obviously his experience with said braveheart is thorough etc... but I get the impression that Malefic was referring to 'vets' as those with more Internet Rapping experience... skill and wisdom being defining charecteristics of the... NetVet... I concede that at least a handful of Relaunched members have probably reached a status of skill that might qualify them as a vet... but I generally don't feel that any members on this site meet the sheer experience required... of course I should say that we are talking about regularly active members... so don't claim you've got Baron Mynd or something... cuz he don't post hurrr...lmao and that brings me to another point... valid or not Most times it's perceived that Vets on one site are known or respected on various other sites... like Baron Mynd... or take Richard Corey for example... he's a bit of a legend on rap boards... other sites aren't as active. And old RB has those horrible moderator's/administrator's who band together. Chrit for an example. That makes this site better. It's the old RB in a beggining form. In another year, this will be like the old RB.
