It's better that he quits though, from what i've noticed so far, he's just caused problems, prolly unintentionally, but yet and still a lot of bickering, gossip, closing of threads, and complaing came about when he became MOD, So it prolly is better that he quits..
I actually sent him a PM before too, when he closed Empires thread, and me and empire didn't even like each other at first, but it was still wrong to me that he closed the thread for no reason, i actually wanted to join that conversation, then he comes along and says, no one cares, go to audio assistance.. I was actually kinda mad, like WTF... We didn't have any freedom..

I'll be a MOD tho, i promise that i won't close it unless it is just some true Bullshit..
