The site needs to get less herbish.. Theres too many newbs here and their making the site look like its full of 10 year olds.. Everyone likes a bit of a laugh every now and then at some of the stupid shit that goes on here..

But latly its like thats all there is.. Personally I wanna improve the maturity level on this site and make it less pre-school.. Infact I want to improve the site all together even with small things like a different color scheme.. But unfortunatly the admin here dont do anything and are too unactive to give feedback on ideas..

Basically I want people who arnt herbs to get more active and stop letting immature kids bring this site down shit creek.. And when that happens people will stop making threads like "this site is dying" Because the main reason people leave is because this shit gets too childish for them..

Now go and start acting smart for a change.

This site does need to shape up immensely.

You all know Im on point.. Right here, is where childish bullshit stops.. Theres a lot of good quality members that would have left because kids dont act smart..

And Im almost sure that 50% of the herbs are just kids trying to act dumb because they think it makes them look ghetto.. I respect people with the intelligence to learn shit for themselves and not go around asking stupid questions..

And everybody else only proves that they arnt smart enough to read a tutorial..

Personally... I feel that It should be the person who's been here the longest & is still heavily active now. We also need mods in the different forums... gots to clean up. If the admin would take care of this... then it will eliminate alot of problems.

Im out to make this site better, same with metaphysik before he got fed up waiting and started using alias'.. Ive offered to help strobe with front pages (got turned down), I wrote a tutorial to try and give tips to help people act more mature on the site, Ive helped newbies out heaps.. Im here basically every day.. However, it seems as though the person there gonna make a supermod first.. Is someone who is absolutly never seen on the forums.. (Crossword).. When was the last time you saw him posting in the Lyricist Lounge?.. Mental Murderous who is also a big candidate (which I have respect for) and would support him being an sm is also... Is more or less hardly ever here..

Im not complaining.. Im simply saying that the admin of this site do absolutly nothing to help people like me make the site less newbish and more respected.. And this is what I wanna see change...

word to that shit... and it all goes back to RB... the mods overly abused their power... let's look at the site tho... LL needs a new mod... crew forums needs a mod... FL & EFL needs a mod... Open Mic needs a mod... Poetry is prolly fine... Audio has Phenom-In-All If I remember right...

So if you mod some of the most active members and the long-time members... then you don't need supermods cuz every forum should have mods...

Mod canidates should be people who have been here FOREVER... (me, CarsonJet).... and people who are hella-active (Poet, One Man Band)

CarsonJet was a mod, but he gave up his modding position for a reason I cant remember..

I'm never gonna become a mod and I help people all the time. I guess it's the people who he likes gets them.

Well I dunno.. Im not asking for a mod postion or a Supermod Position. I am mainly asking for strobes support in improving the website Im at all the time and incidently the website he runs..

But in saying that, things can be more easily done and ideas can be more easily put forward if you are givin responsibilities and access to the employee forum.

But its proved that asking for a mod position is a stupid idea.. Thats why Ill say it again, this is not asking for one.

And Im hoping he see's and replies to this thread.. Which knowing Strobe he probably wont and nothing will get done..

But you never know..

Basically if you modded all the real active people, and people who were good in their verses, they would say. Like Shadows Edge. He stayed for a long time. But he left cuz it got too boring to him. I bet if he got modded it would be different. And we could have a lot more of the "vets" stayin' around. Cuz after they think they can merk anyone here, why the hell stay on a site mostly wit immature people?

Ill stay around wether Im modded or not.. I know they really have to be choosy about candidates for mod positions.. But what is also good, is good quality mods that arnt assholes that are really active. :thumbup:
