Emp, I just read your topical you had and I thought that was a close battle, then I read this one and it is even closer, both of you dropper hard, very well done to the both of you, props.

Opener - Emp, didnt quite understand Phantoms
Closer - Emp, Phantoms was wack as yours was hard
Punches - Phantom, threw hard and consistantly
Personals - Tie, both did their research
Metas - Emp, Phantom had none
Multies - Neither used them
Structure - Tie, both were good, easy to read
Vocab - Tie, both weren't the greatest, but equal
Wordplay - Tie, both were very original and whitty
Flow - Phantom, I felt your flow better than emps
Creativity - Tie, both were great and it was obvious that they were both written with some good hard thinking

As you can see above ^^^ It appeared to be another close battle that I have seen tonight. Yet Empire seemed to have got my vote by a little bit on this one because he had great openers/closers/metas...Phantom, Im not tryin to start beef dawgm just returning the favour cause voted on my battle before, but I think I have seen stronger lyrics outta you even those those were fine. I think you should try a little harder with everything you and Emp tied on. That way next time you battle someone you wont get the tie, youll get your name there insted which is a good thing, again, props to both, Payce...

better word play punches an decent open an finisher is why im votin for empire here.....socrates had the best line in the battle with the expectations compared to empire's blacklist but one line doesnt win a battle

Socrates: ya verse did have a punch, had a scheme, no scenario, no structure, no multis, no plot, no vocab. ya need to spend more time on ya verses, stop rushin, if ya didnt rush than ya plain suck. ya need a better closer, then ya might've got my vote, but might dont count, unfortunately.

empire: ya rhymes came better, ya flows a lil like me. but ya had a few weak lines, ya musta known this cat was lame, and just spit your decent lines to em , haha, well ya had some structure, i feel ya vocab, i dont check links, so next time dont have a "url"...ppl dont check em, well just take ya word for it, when ya throw down the personal. had some nice punches, ya similies and metaphors were aight. the analogy was tight. good win.
