Rap is getting more popular and thats a good thing, but if you guys still like hip hop...hip hop is going away :( ... now its all about the dirty south music which i dion't like really!! All they be sayin is stuff like.."What!" "Put Your Hands Up!" "Now stomp your fee!" its all about that now in days... man it is basiclly gone!

Pop rap has been around forever...Sugar Hill Gang is pop rap, DMC is pop rap, Will Smith is pop rap...and hip hop isn't going anywhere, you just don't know the true definition of hip hop.

HIP HOP= mc'ing,breakdancing,turntablism and graffiti art. If you compare all these element's to 10 years ago. They are about 50 time's bigger now. So I see in no way that hip hop is gone. It is impossible at this stage for hip hop to be gone. Country's all over the world are creating there own hip hop industry. People now make money doing every element of hip hop. Hip hop is not going and never will. Kid's these day's are growing up listening to rap at the age of 5 or 6. i never heard a rap album untill I was 10 or 11. Hip hop as a culture is absolutly fucking huge. If it's gone then 5 year's ago it must of never been around. If your saying hip hop is gone. Then your not living the lifestyle And that's what hip hop is "A lifestyle". You cant just wake up one day and say "yeah Im in the hip hop game". It take's year's of understanding what "hip hop " is and why real hip hop head's are involved in it. Hip hop in the year 2000 is bigger than it ever has been . All it can possibly do is get bigger.

Once again hip hop as a culture(that's every element of it) is not gone and i can not possibly see how someone could asume that it is.
