Honestly, I don't think so, Banks is beefing with alot of peeps right now and plus I think it's just some dumb fuck being stupid, so I would say no, Banks smiles from time to time, in his "Smile" video he had those to girls beside him he looked at both and smiled when he was in the red and black and in "I'm So Fly" he smiled at the room full of girls and gave em a few hugs, hell at the end of the video he is surrounded by all woman so I can't see this being true.
