pixel font is a no..........the font your using is showing up blurry in spots
dont use it unless you know how too

also, add a 1px border
other than that, its nice for a starter

how do you add the border...i could never find out how to do that

click any layer

press Ctrl+A

go to Edit>Stroke> Choose 1-2 Pixels, most of the time, and choose your color, change the setting to Center, if it isnt already> Press Ok

then Press Ctrl+D to get rid of the marching ants (de-select)
