Okay it works like this. I have made a list of some of the most active and ill on the site.

All you do is cut and paste the previous persons ladder above and make the changes.


Minature Example.

Then Person B might think diffrently and might make a change or two.

You can also add names in, but remember YOU MUST CUT AND PASTE THE LIST FROM THE PERSON ABOVE YOU AND MAKE RESPECTABLE CHANGES.

OVER TIME WE'LL SEE WHO SIT'S WHERE.

Make as many adjustments as you like or as few as you like.
