Which one of these INCREASE your freestyling/vocab the fastest/most.


You really need to do all three . But which one Is the key thing.

I was listening to my favourite rappers ONLY for about a week . . & I realeased that my freestyling & my skill in rhyming words together had elevated greatly compared to when i was listening to alot of rappers . . and reading there lyrics. .

What's the order . .

I would say

Listening,Writing Then Reading..

Listening, Reading writing for me.

Usually miss out the whole Reading Jargon tho, I listen to an artist for a while, or have the same playlist for a while, then get instrumentals, and re think vocab, mostly do this on the bus on way to college, gives me soething to do on a mornin

I Look out of the bus & i rhyme everything i can see in my head . . . It help's alot . .

Also Topic Rhymes IS another thing.

You could say rhyme about chicken . . But really could YOU? without making yourself look stuipid.

It depends on the context, like, an amusing style, I guess it would be pretty hard to rhyme serious about chicken, unless you go into all the battery farming or something, but quite honestly, I dont care enough to know about it....

readin, listnin, writin. sometimes i cant hear all the words when i listen so i read em, then listen, then write. ill just be walkin down a street, the hall in school, or sometin and start freestylin. helps a ton.

If you can't hear all the words, your music is too loud, too bassy, or the artist slurs

What increases my skill the most on that list is writing, i write poetry and lyrics for songs constantly, then listening, and really hearing music and lyrics helps too......1

Word, I remember when I started listening to songs, like really listening, takin it in, Thats when I decided to Rap, Cos I had suh high respect for the people who did this, and who could do it, I wanted to get my shot, and thought I could.

Listening,Reading And Writting....I First Start With My Favorite Songs...Then After Check For the Lyrics To Give Myself Some Idea's....Then I Writt And Try To Do My Best

I think the best way to get doper at freestyling, is by doing it more often.

If you dont know how to freestyle good . . Your never going to stand out.. Unless your producer is 100% sick . .

listening....(pick up a flow)....writing...........,reading.....recording. ...

I've have to say its a tie between writing and reading.......they both increase your vocabulary............

Listening helps wit my flow, Writing and reading helps my vocab...but i'd say it's the writing that helps me best...

Writing, listening, then reading....

Writing - This is what keeps my skills the sharpest. I constantly like to come up with new concepts and wordplay, and shit, this keeps my brain most active.

Listening - I like listening to underground people flow.....it helps me find new ways to flow to different beats, especially when I'm listening to a group.

Reading - I don't do much of this, so it actually doesn't help me...
