500 crunches a day..... lift weights... 20 pounds each..... puch ups... i gots a pull up br so i do pull ups too.... |
i work out on my home weight bench...but i mostly stay in shape cause i play basketball 24-7...

Can do 140+ push ups... And once maxed out at 310 on the bench press... Golf is good to stay in shape. When you play those $10 courses... and hit big big drives... |

So, all in all, I do about 6-8 different abdominal exercises to really hit my abs from all angles...that, rather than quantity, is best for building nice abs... now I jus gotta leave this fried chicken and potato salad alone lol |
abs are about diet. i train them just like any other muscle...like 3x15, 4x8 with weights....gotta be careful about obliques though. if they get too muscular, you'll look bulky
