I can freestyle but i cant memorise . . (LOL, I did that twice fook the people who took the piss)

And the people who say just read and read... are wrong.

In my case anyways.. Because Just Can memorise.. Have you outside spitters REAL rappers not writers got any tips for me?

i just listen to a song and shyt just like burns into my brain or some shyt... i just know it after listenin to it a couple times and it comes too me as im re-spittin it or whatever around friends................ i just memorize it easy listenin to it a couple times...... 1

^dude i don't think he means a song. He talkin' about when you write yo own lyrics to spit. how to memorize them. Well what I do when I got time is jus this:

1. Keep playin' the beat, and spittin' lyrics to it on the part they gonna be on over and over. Outloud or in yo head. outloud betta tho. I do this a lot. Like jus until I memorize most

2. Or jus memorize 2 lines first. Then memorize next 2. Then try spittin' first 4. then memorize lines 5 and 6. Then try spittin' all 6. and go till you finish whole verse.

3. When you ready to record. I got a computer screen in front of my mic, so I put lyrics up on there. And if I don't remember, I take a peep at lyrics. Aiight I gtg so hope that atleast helped a lil. pc

I'm ok at freestyling now... Start off rhyming simple words...

Line, Rhyme, Time, Shine...

It's hard enough to put shit people wan't to hear in between the rhymes, to start rhyming hard words... Keep doing that (not always the same rhymes) and soon you will be able to expand your rhyming... Even multies will start coming to you quick as fuck, at least they do for me:thumbup:

Just reherse your shit a lot, and read it time after time..
Record it and play it, and rap along with it a lot..

well...with me...i just write like 2 lines..then spit them to make sure the flow will be good...then do it til i finish the verse...to make sure the flow is good...and it usually helps me memorize my shit too...when im done the verse...just spit the whole thing...and get focused..
