Steroid Use In The MLB
Lately ESPN has been covering the BALCO trial. The BALCO had workers indicted due to the distribution of illegal steriods to star athletes such Jason Giambi from the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox Jeremy Giambi who is the brother of Jason Giambi and drugs were also distributed to last year's MVP winner and the current single season home run record holder Barry Bonds of the San Fransisco Giants. Do think baseball officials are doing enough to stop the use of illegal substances.

let them use steroids.....then everyone will be using them..........so it wont be unfair if everyone uses them itll be the same challenge and the games will be more exciting from all the home runs..........

personally im very pissed about this, they are being paid millions and millions of dollars to play baseball, to use their natural talent, not the talent the steroids give them.....

i agree with illegitimate, natrual talent not artificial talent, BALCO distributed non detectable products dubbed "the cream" and "the clear", the cream is an ehancer that u can rub on ur body and it'll help with an effect similar to that of steroids and the clear is liquid that u drop under ur tongue that has a similar effect to steroids, i also have to agree with others, if homeruns were constantly hit baseball would be boring, everyone would be hitting them and the games would never fucking end, think about moments like Aaron Boone's homerun like a year or two ago against someone, can't remember who but the yankees needed his homerun, think about if everyone did that, baseball would lose it's appeal, also i agree that Bonds is the best but word is that he was using products similar to steroids when he set the single season homerun record, Bonds told a grand jury in the BALCO case that he didn't know the substances were steroids

I don't see how Bonds wouldn't have known if they were steroids or not cause the main person indicted in the BALCO case was Bonds' trainer, Giambi admitted to the grand jury that he has used steroids for the past 4 seasons even though he denied that he did in an interview with ESPN in feb. 2003
