What drives you to keep going? Everyone has been called wack or something at one point, why do you keep going?

my own vision to make it in rap, i rap about guns and gangstas but that dont make me any less artistic than someone who raps about God

i was called whack in my hood but everyone said that i had it in me, now when they hear what i spit they be like whoa,
i was driven when this guy dropped this verse and it dissed me cuz i was whyte trying to rap, two years later he came to my school and we battled and he was shoed and he put the mic down, ever snce then i kept rapping

Rapping is fun... And I'm good at it...

passion is what drives me.

i like doin this, im good at it and fuck what any one thinks... everyone here HAS been called wack at some point... yeah it hurts a little but ya get over it... like i said... fuck what other people say

Nah - I just love to write. And spitting it in audio makes it a complete piece. And performing on stage. Nothing like it. Total control of everyone watching. love that. And the cash for doin what I love ain't bad ;) :thumbup:

i dont get called wack anymore,but along time ago i remember they would say im wack,i would continue to practice everyday.but regardless of what people say,im always practicing.even if they say im a prophet,i will make it my goal to rap even better.

Prejudices drive for me, most people laugh in my face if i tell them i rap but after i spit something, they shut up. It's hard to make them see i'm serious about this because i don't look like the stereotype of a rapper that they built up inside their mind.But that just makes me work even harder to elevate.

Also passion, i love hip -hop and music in general, the world would be so much more fucked up without it. I sometimes have trouble expressing what i really feel to someone so i just write it down and they'll understand...Music is a way to escaping but it's also kind of freedom...When you're sitting there with your notebook or something similar you can write whatever the fuck you want to write, no one that's going to tell you you should reword this or that because it's your style, it's who you are...

Fun, it's so much fun to be there up on stage and just spitting with some friends or alone and seeing that the crowd feels what you're trying to say. And money but that's not an important drive for me since i already got the "perfect" house/life... and all but believe me, it's not always as good as it seems...
