The Streets trying to break America..?
I saw Mike Skinner(The Streets) on the English TRL last week saying that his stuff aint doing too bad in the states now.
To be honest i don't think that could work that well, he talks about stuff all peeps in the UK relate to a lot. Has anyone out of Uk heard any of his tunes. If you listen to any of his albums all the way thru, trust, it is good. |
i aint feelin you on that one there are good in what they do but i dont personally like their music... a guy saying lyrics dont catch me really...

Thats definately fair enough to say, its not everyone's "cup of tea".
But if you ever get a chance, listen to his second album "A grand don't come for free" from start to finish and you will think he is a genius!! Believe me its good, the whole album is one big story. |

I like him coz hes got a different style i have the album the new one and i think that "blinded by the lights" is a hot tune. but its nice for there to be a UK artist wif a different style. but i dont fink americans will like it.

Kano is pretty hot i think but he stinks live. Mike's new siging is the Michell Brothers (not the ones off Eastenders lol) They are real good. Could be big. |

I heard a live show on radio 1 a couple of weeks ago with Lethal Bizzle, then Kano, then Mitchell bros. Mike Skinner was on the decks for the mitchell bros and i thought they were the best. Then Dizzee came on at the end and had it up big time! |
