I AM THE insomniac. I work 8-6, am in the studio 7-3, or online/writing, and then hang on msn till till 5 am... I get my 2 hours of sleep, then do it again...

you need sleep to stay alive.......

i get 3 hours, and I feel like i got enough energy for a month.... But if I get less than 2 - im f'd. I had three sleepless nights last week, and was barely moving by the weekend...
