This is OBVIOUSLY a reference to that song...thats the difference between tribute and biting...kweli makes an obvious reference even mentioning jay-z's name in it...(jay-z mentioned kweli's name in the original)...jay-z tries to slip shit in under the radar...you have to be a HARDCORE biggie listener to catch all the biggie lyrics he spits (most of which arent credited in the liner notes)...

actually hov is better then talib making enjoyable songs makes you best not winning battles or being positive and jay makes the most enjoyable albums and songs
