i'd say that the best advice is this...

if your known for battling/rapping....ask your peers. either your friends and/or your opposers will have a name/nickname for you. the best name(s) always come from your comrads....and or your rivals. also...look into words and terms that best describe you and or your stance/perception on your rap image. make hits the spot in regards to a dynamic first impression???....think about that.

brain storm......a rap name is the least important problem regarding any emcees hip hop worries. one.
