The reason eminem got rights to 2pacs music. is because he has enough money. he brought it like an ascet.
Say he payed about 10000 for pacs music(just a random price) After sales he would of double or tripled the price he payed for.he brought all the music of people like suge,digital underground.black watch and maybe afeni.
