Why do people do this to their sig?
 

They'll put a quote of someone else giving them props like "yo, nice verse" in their sig. Why is that?

When I was new here I had like a whole list of em... basically so cats knew i wasnt a noob... But I took em out pretty quick...I dunno why other cats do it...
