Why Does A RAPIST get less time than a Drug Dealer?!
 

i understand the laws and shit but there is this kid up here in the tc who raped a mom infront of her kid .. and he is linked to 17 other sexual assaults and he only gets 16 years.. which he will only prolly serve 5 or 6... and then a kid gets caught sell'n half a 8th and they lock him down for 20+ for possesion ... there were a few other factors all were drug related.... but seriously what is wrong with our country? locking up petty drug dealers longer than a rapist.. i mean if you ask me one poses way more of a threat to society than the other....

Our country is so absorbed in the terrorist thing that rape and other assaults of that matter aren't looked over as much. Because our government has found so many drug related ties with Terrorists they can use their petty Patriot Acts, THat seem to have new rules added in whenever someone gets paranoid... Bush is too induldged in his power trip and his World Hero act, and needs to get down and realize whats goin on in our own country and get rid of our psychotic freaks. I mean, sure the terrorist problem is bad, but What good is a country free of Foreign terrorists when we have people in our own country committing acts such as rape and such.

I just think he needs to get his head out of his ass during this term, and since its his last he should work on the country and not our god damn foreign polocies.

Thats not the reason... But it is true. A rapist should not be given a lighter sentence just because he will be hated on more in jail. A rapist scarred a woman/man/child for life, and ahould live a life of hell physically to make up for the victims life time of mental derangement after the occurance.

and when i went to get my hair cut they was talking about some kid they knew who went to jail cause he was 21 fucking with a 15 year old and her mom called the cops on him but she let him fuck and he got 12 years but might get out in 10 for good behavior

if you noticed i said there was some other shit involved.... it was all drug related....he got 20 some years or someshit ....he got more than a guy who raped 2 girls one of which was a mother and he raped her infont of her son....
