I say the free agent section should be set up like in the NBA with draft picks and offers and the whole nine... that way, every crew gets to pick fromthe best instead of all the dope heads being on one squad and all the garbage kats being on the rest...

It would bring more stability to RV, better battles, and i think it would make it more fun...

evryone should be under contractand would become free agents when they contract expires...


let me know who all thinks this is a good idea... let's keep shyt fair y'all and competitive...it would also help out with the stock market... got lots more ideas but we'll just go with this for now..

Blah......if you want iller cats to join newer crews, you need some sort of incentive. Not that co-leader bullshit either. Try offering a signing bonus or something. Maybe give them a few free beats if they are an audio head. Just be creative in your recruiting and you will see some cats come your way.

One of the reasons all the iller cats are on the same squads is because most of them have been around for a while and that is who they feel most comfortable with. If you get one or two good cats on a squad, more usually follow :thumbup:™

and that's the problem.... no one wants to battle the heads that are considered "good"...they rather be on the same squad...if ya ask me that shyt is worse than ducking an open call out... that's some real coward shyt and it's easy to hide behind because you're on the same squad as the nigga you scared of... how u gonna build ya rep on the strength of other niggaz and you ain't really contributing... it's time for kats to pull they weight around here... take a good look at ya rosters and tell me that everyone is holding it down for ya camp?... i'm pretty sure if ya read some of the shyt they drop it's way below standard... but...just cuz they in ya crew it gets looked over... c'mon, let's keep shyt gully!

and ya right about the whole recruitin thing... but if a nigga ain't got nothing to offer the crew why even waste time enticing him... if anything he should wanna elevate and prove to kats why he should be on ya team... it's a 2 way street....it should be a mutual agreement with not just incentives but with goals from each party written out in contract form...that way you develop a paper trail showing if ya recruit is producing the numbers he's supposed to and that the crew is doing everything for the recruit they said they would do... anything other than that would be considered a breach of contract...

it's all good with how ya wanna do the recruiting thing and i'm all for that... but like i said before... there should be some sort of lottery set up with draft picks and the whole nine...weaker crews get the first picks to even shyt out... then if ya wanna make trades and shyt you can do that... for RV cash or personnel..or both if ya got it like that... crew battles should be for money... that way you can pay those who actually battle a salary... i can go on for days with this shyt to make it more exciting around here... we just need more kats to participate and help develop the plan

I say yes to this, cuz it's annoying that all these newb crews start and then die because they can't get any good heads and stay alive. And BQ, strobe has to look in here, I mean, it's comments and suggestions!

Strobe said i can run the shyt if i want but it's gonna take some time to organize it all... gotta get with the head of all the crews... see if there's a way to get a master list from strobe of all the current "active " members of RV.. I got put a plan together and then present it as a package to all the crew owners... i got this!

Why should good people be stuck with ass crews?

The people in the bad crews need to elevate and win crew battles.. therefore gaining respect as a squad. The good people shouldnt be forced to join up with a squad that sucks.

^ Agreed. This move would end up destructing the Crew Forum. A lot crews would collapse because good people get picked for a bad squad, or bad people get into a good one. That is not the point of crew forums. However, a signing bonus or something of that sort would be good, but forcing good people into bad crews will never be positive on this site.

i would no longer become active in the crew forums if this happened...cause i would be pissed if i got stuck with a shitty crew...therefore....Invek = solo if this happens

Wack idea and IG ya my boy and all but people are just mad that they arent in a dope crew.. There are MAYBE and thats a big maybe 3 dope crews... and not the crew itself but the active members within it... If a noob wants to be in a dope crew then elevate its that simple... this would as everyone said destroy the crews forum for the simple fact that people are mad theyre in a wack crew.

You have a ton of dope heads in one crew and a wack one over there... and some of the members of the wack crew wanna get down with the dope crew but they cant cuz they arent good enough..

yea but a lot of these crews on here consider themselves in more than a crew. for instance, BP-we all cool. we got niggaz to leave there crews just cause they wanted to be back wit all the former members. CS-they is a tight ass family. TC-Tight ass family. so onve u keep 5 people. how do u know. that the ones after them aint worth just as much to the crew. it aint worth bein in a crew if the niggaz aint worth shit to u. if i get in a crew wit niggaz who i dont even know, why should i care bout them. and puttin all the known heads together aint gone work. its like 6 heads doin shit in the revolution out of like 28 on the roster.

Maybe instead of breaking every crew up.. Why dont it just be rules to the crew.
Such as only 3 to 4 vets or the crew must have 3 newbies or something like that...
Each crew can only have a certain amount of people.. for example

8 people in a crew..
3 vets
3 middle weights
2 rookies...

Thats just an example..
Atleast so everybody would be even. Every crew would have the people who are great.. the people who are getting there and the people who are learning.. I think thats a good balance..

And with the fact that people are friends and family, Yall can still be friends and yall can still be a crew, just not a crew in which yall battle together. Understandable tho that you dont want to be seperated I agree thats dumb, but if your not willing to give other people a chance or become friends with other people and all that and help someone else develope skills then why be at a forum? there were a lot of weak kats back in the day who made it in a crew that didn't desrve to be there... i was better than a lot of kats that were in crews... dudes that i have beaten told me i wasn't good enough to get in when i first got here... so that's not a good argument... now if you woulda said all ya had to do was suck someone's dick and vote on all they shyt to get in then that would be a different story... MAB was actually a good crew and even we had a coupla suspect kats on our crew... we took in noobs... helped them to elevate... gave them assignments... gave them a chance if we saw potential... that's why we were good... we recruited good heads and heads we thought would be good... took our battles seriously... and won them all as a crew... not as individuals.... we even battled each other... that's how you get better... it's gonna come to a point where ya won't get to the next level unless there is a challenge... that's what the site is missing... challenges... ya already know ya opponents cuz ya keep battling the same dudes over and over again... what fun is that... battle a nigga ya know nothing about and see how much more challenging it is.... no personals... just rely on skills...wordplay... metaphors.... that's what this site lacks... everybody wanna look up a kats history on the site b4 a battle... just dis the dude and call it a day...

well ive went to wack crews and had ill heads folow me cuz i was there and ive seen wack crews become pretty good like the establishment and shit like that but i can beat 95% of any crew on rv by myself and thats word i did it to the council like 2 months ago 12-1 final i merked them so aint no monopolys on rv just point them out and ill terrorize they crew
