well for audio its good to mix good vocab in it ...sometimes some beats go good wit a sick vocab flow wit complex rhymes....

People use vocab more extensively because writing is completely different
then audio. Writing isn't based on riding a beat, staying on beat, flow, etc.
You don't have the benefit of that shit to carry what your saying. When you
have your words alone written on paper on the net or where ever obviously you're going to have to be more descriptive with what you say or it's just plain boring. So of course it's not going to sound dope in audio because
that's just the thing; it's not meant to be audio. Granted some stuff is written for audio purposes the majority of what you see in topicals and
text battles isn't.

I guarantee if you heard one of the RV head yahoo cyphers you would be more impressed by the dudes with a big vocab that use it well.

But you dont need that to be dope. It takes a lot of skill to say real and meaningful things by staying simple. ie. Nas/Pac. You know?

It's your personal style I guess, some feel more comfortable with complex vocab and I don't mind actually. Whether it's basic or complex, the flow can be equally bad or good, I can feel both types.
