I am pissed, and I'm not sure how to handle this type of anger. Here's why, my dad, said he would help us clean out our shed so a guy could buy it. Tells me, 'I can do it'. I'll bring a load to the house, and then we can unpack. So what does he do? He takes what he wants from the shed, and goes back to his house. That frickin bastard was gonna take stuff from my mom and I and lied to me.

And then, when my mom confronted him, he let his girlfriend yell at my mom and touch her! I tell you what, if I see his girlfriend I am going to knock the shit out of her. Woman or not, no one touches my mom and gets away with it.....

I need a way to relieve this anger, any suggestions would be appreciated....

You know where he lives right? ... Just fuck his house and posessions up. Hit his walls and car up with some spray (usually on the car spraying embarrassing things works wonders cos he has to drive it), break windows, pop tires, kill plants, if he has a lawn fuck it up with some chemicals, spray his dog bright pink... Just generally fuck the place up.

Does ya pops and his GF live together? If not hit her house up as well... And paint her pet if she has one. Women always seem to get cut up when they see cute white fluffy with black profanities sprayed on the fur and shit.

As long as you leave no proof it was you, you can't be found out or caught. Well, actually what I did was talk to my girl. She helped me calm down, but I was freestylin for almost 5 minutes bout him before she called. Ya, my dad and his gf live together, and I would go, cept I can't drive and his house is about 20 minutes on highway from my house. :/
