basically, there is no really good way to dispose of a corpse...and if there is, no one on here knows about it, cuz if they did, then cops would also know, therefore, making it no longer a way to get past the cops

Just bury the body as deep as you can. By the time the body is revealed, if you didn't leave fingerprints behind you'd be good. Because, any hair, etc. would be taken away with the sand. And, the odds somebody just happens to be taking a walk through the middle of the desert and finds an uncovered, dead body are extremely low.
