aight well since we're all bored i got a question to ask u Q

i know u work out alot, how in the world do u motivate urself to keep up a consistant workout? i love playin sports outside and everything and stayin in shape, but goin somewhere and just liftin weights or doin sit-ups or whatever... man, i cant get out to do that, it sounds horrible whenever i think about it n i never feel like it

lemme tell u...I don't like workin out as much as I like the results, or how I feel afterwards--i.e., energized. One thing that motivates me is knowing that I enjoy the results of being in shape. Also, when I don't feel like working out, I think about what I don't wanna look like and it motivates me.
