and I think the best voting option is a combination: let peeps from OTHER crews vote, but only if they know what they're talking about. E.g. at least 10 wins on record or 500 posts or something

2) Non-participants aren't really gonna be motivated to vote are they? The only way to get people to vote in a league is to make them part of it and subtract votes from them if they don't vote
