RV Chat Room???????
yea...ive seen on other boards...some of them have a link you can click on...to go to a chat room for the particular forum...i dont even know if this is possible to get on this site....but....i dunno...i think it would be an aright thing to have....
what are your thoughts of an RV chatroom? |
it is possible, we coudl either do that or use a shout box. A shout box is simply a box that you can post in and it is up to date at current time of veiwing. Just like a chat room but no list of people none a that shit.
I dont really feel its needed for RV. |
It has been discussed before and the conclusion was that it would cut Rv's post count in half...
If you could talk in real time, it would defeat the purpose of a message bored. Therefore ppl would only battle on Rv, rather than interact. |

it'd be a good idea, not a bad one...chatrooms don't cut down posting you jack asses, if anything it'd boost it cuz people would be talking aout stuff going on within the board since everyone there would be an RV member...
but a lot of people here for some reason, don't like using AIM, which is there it would be logical to have the chatroom...but all of them should get it so they can go chat dammit lol |

for the record I do have MSN, lol...at home and atschool here but I really only use it here sinceeveryone important (aka everyone in AMERICA!!) uses AIM...you U.K. heads really be loving the FUCK outtah some damn MSN Messenger yo...

Just get all 3 popular instant messengers. That's what I have. Don't use yahoo barely much at all, 'cuz I don't know of too many people who use it as their main messenger.

me either @ 9th, I do have all 3 but use mostly AIM...yahoo! messenger takes up too much shit, I gotta shut down AIM, close my recording programs, sometimes close WORD, just to get on that bitch and voice chat...I really don't like YIM! at all...

Word. My MSN doesn't support audio chats, and AIM only works on that some of the time. Thus, I have Yahoo. It's fun to have cyphers with cats like OMB, we went for like 25 minutes once back and forth.

if I wanna talk to someone from online, I generally call them cuz I got conference calling and can call a bunch of people, lol...nothing else lets me voice chat but YIM! but like I said, that's what a phone is for... |
