and when does the next korv start, if its next summer why not do a winter one coz everyones on in the winter coz no one goes out...

Word, I'll run a battle league.

Have the league set in 3 diffrent divisions....

division 1 for the elite in text

division 2 for the up and comers

division 3 for like the weaker and newer heads to rv.

have like playoffs and relegation and promotion and shit, I'ma holla at strobe about it.

I'd be willing to re-create KLL again, seeing as how active it was when I was the only person running it. It fell because the same kids who were begging for a text league were the same kids who made sure to not show up.


If you thought ^ that was making a point, it's been posted several times that KORV3 will be in the winter of 2005. Hold your pants on kids, you'll get it soon enough.

It was, but the same thing is probably gonna happen again with KORV3 lol. I closed KLL temporarily during KORV2 'cuz I knew everyone would no-show, and also because I was running and participating in KLL, and also battling in KORV2 at the same time. I thought it'd get to be too much, so I put the league on hiatus. When I finished KORV2, Mimesis and Soul Rebel helped me run it. Then Mim wanted to re-start it because the playoffs would've just been me fuxjustaword and hotshh! like the HW matches were each week. We re-started it, and damn near everybody no-showed. I think in the 2 weeks it was running in its new season, about 4 battles had both people drop in 'em.
I'll most likely be running or helping run KORV3, if not participating in it. So if that happens, KLL would probably be closed during that as well...unless I had some actual help with it.
So if you really want your text league back you kids better fucking mean it, because effort that goes into improving a site that goes unappreciated...just irks me.

On another note, I've been thinking about whether I should compete in KORV3 or not. Hmm...

That would never work.

There would only end up being like, 8 people in each section.. and nobody wants to keep battling the same people.

KLL was closed because in the last week 2 people posted verses.

You can't try to place the blame on whoever you want, but I'm not taking. I did what I could.. but I can't post up verses for everybody.

It may work, and we'll find out soon as Ill-Noize finishes with his league 'cause i'm next in line to mod a league :thumbup:

If that was directed at me, I wasn't blaming you. It was all the fault of those who no-showed, because they all wanted to participate to begin with. For future reference kids, if you change your mind about battling in a league, sign the fuck out...it'll prevent a ton of no-shows and bullshit in general.
