He was running full force and accidentally headbutted some girl, and fell and smacked his head against the gym floor. Even the smallest bump at the right velocity and angle can result in a seizure.

He didn't mean to, I think he was going for the guy who was running the ball on my team, and my pal juked him and the man who had the seizure hit the girl. I knew someone was going to get hurt after a guy got sandwiched onto his neck.
