noname 10-21-05 10:23 PM

Immortal Technique just jelous that he ain't gettin the cheddar..

Indeph 10-21-05 10:27 PM

NK's an idiot. And people like simple rappers cause they're on ppl who don't rap's level. I mean if u haven't rapped in ur life and you find out you can easily rap like jeezy. You'll like him. People prefer acceptance of where they are then improving. :bored:

JRoy 10-21-05 10:28 PM

cuz he got the music you can jam too simple n plain

Chris Stylez 10-21-05 10:57 PM

How about this....ya'll decided who can rap and who cant rap when yall rappin yourself. He already says he dosent rap. To me i dont think he does rap. he just talking and makin it rhyme. So if that sellin for him why fuck wit it. I sit back watch niggas hate on niggas like 50 cent, Jeezy,Ja and shyt and i realise how stupid niggas looke bitchin over who can rap and not giving credit when they dont do the shit themself. But i guess everybody got they own opinion. But they hatin on successful niggas is load of bullshit.

ksr 10-21-05 10:58 PM

jeezy makes 50 cent's lyrics look dope
hell, he makes lil jon's lyrics look dope

No,maybe cuz people have different tastes.
And,people don't always want to hear conscious rap with tons of multis and wordplay.
Sometimes people just want music that's fun to listen too..which you can ride and vibe to....

Cause I'm all for complex lyrics...but different times call for different music.

Did you read the post the guy made above you?

jeezy doesn't really rap...

Indeph 10-21-05 11:04 PM

Yeah I feel that, but its gotten to thep oint where people don't wanna hear good lyrics no more you know? Shits making the public stupid. And as a rakim fan you have got to agree.

noname 10-21-05 11:07 PM

I am a Rakim fan...but i don't listen to him 24/7....I still do listen to 50 cent and cats like that...

And I agree....not enuff people listen to lyrics in public nowadays..
But..what can ya do?...that's just how it is..

Indeph 10-21-05 11:09 PM

I'm done just accepting shit for what it is. I want this shit to end now. Stupid muthafuckas are taking over everything. Fuck would I change my shit to make them understand? They need to get smart and understand ME. Shit.. I will not fold to make some idiot get crunk and throw dem boes and make the dope boys go crazy.

M Eazy 10-21-05 11:16 PM

Jeezy is no where near a simple rapper. You wanna hear a simple rapper, listen to Murphy Lee, and about 96% of ATL. Even tho jeezy is from atlanta. I like him. Nothing different from lil jon wit tha ad libs and people like jon. But, tha ad libs will start sounding tight after you listen to him for a while.

-Now, to answer the question, I like Jeezy because he brings a whole new style to the table. His style is unique. Now a days people jump into the rap game and they rapping they lyrics with someone elses style. Jeezy just got one of those consistent flows that you gotta love. Dont believe me, listen to "Stay Strapped" off game's Ghost Unit mixtape. Jeezy killed that.

absolutely no thing. the cats wack as masturbation sessions.
word.

Chris Stylez 10-21-05 11:45 PM

I cant wait till T-Rock blows big. He gonna put alotta rappers to shame. But yeah Hip-hop has changed. Its not about spittin a hot 16 anymore its more about spittin a catchy 4. Young Jeezy got a nice unique flow with him rhymin while talking aka Real Talk style of music. He throws people gotta visualy into what he talkin about in his music when he really real about it.

Illist 10-21-05 11:50 PM

Texaco likes Young Jeezy?

no wonder he has a loosing record.

Ltizzle 10-21-05 11:50 PM

word to whoever said he brings a new style to the table..
i do respect him for that
i cant stand the kids who come in tryna rap like nas or jay when really they're nowhere near their level..it just makes em look stupid.
so i give the guy props for that

but you cant just go platinum off your style alone
and i really dont see anything about jeezy, thats better than a whole load of gold artists...

well, maybe his beats..

JRoy 10-22-05 12:39 AM

yeah but still...hes making hot joints like everyones listenin too soul survivor there real sick songs....hooks are hot and his flow is hot.........i mean hes better then most rappers i'm seeing today and hes makin more then one hit song so i'mf eeling it

Young Crip 10-22-05 08:19 AM

That was weak and generic...

K.ontroverz.Y 10-22-05 10:05 AM

naww he has some good songs where he got crazy lyrics....but i think his label just blew him up like krayzie. non stop advertising. and bribes with a large amount of cash. it's the only obvious reason why he's everywhere.

but i think hes good

chip 10-22-05 10:44 AM

Mannie Fresh produced "and then what"........... i don't think Jeezy produces that much at all...... as far as his rapping: let him do him......... as long as he makin money, and ain't startin unnessecary beef (Gucci Manne started it), then who cares.........

Yeah, my brother was talking to me about this the other day. He was like "He doesn't seem to have any skill, and the sad part is the first time I heard about him was when I heard he went platinum. Really, who the fuck is this guy?"

No. I'm the jam master, so I know Young Jeezy does not fit the category of "jam out".
