Who Believes In Ghosts?
 

I've always believed in ghosts or a spirit wold outside our own realm...infact i watch Most Haunted on FTN regularly where they stay at haunted places over night...sometimes nothing happens...sometimes a lot happens...i was atching an hour long episode last night and they stayed at Brannigans in Manchester coz it was built next to an old church...and the shit that went on was crazy...they got a psychic who gives details about the place they stay at through connecting to the dead and telling them about what happened...and 8/10 the details aer accurate...and recorded in the history books...the other 2 outta 10 sometimes isn't recorded...but that don't say it didn't happen...however last night they went to this attic where a poltergheist was believed to stay and there was a little boy & girl and they could smell baby sick for about 10 seconds then it went...and while the psychic (Derek) was telling them about the place...the poltergheist who was called Gregory or sumthin like that (who was believed to have killed and hung people near by the church and got away with it) entered his body...he started goin mad sayin "THIS...IS ALL MINE" in an accent that wasn't remotely near to his (Scouse) and he started goin face to face with the crew and up into the cameras sayin GET OUT THIS IS MINE ALL MINE...and was laughing and sayin she kicked my leg that little brat...man it was real freaky...when he eventually left Derek...Derek lost all feeling in his legs...and was afraid...(something he never experienced) and was pleading the crew to get him out...they put a dictaphone where the baby sick was smelt and when they played it back you could hear what sounded like a baby gurgling...man that was the best episode i saw...and there is a live episode on Monday 8pm...deffo watchin that :thumbup:

I define "ghosts" and other apparitions as ENERGY in different dimensions...the universe is immense...and the 1st law thermodynamics/law of conservation of energy says that energy can neither be created nor destroyed...And so, when someone or something dies, that energy is transferred and transformed...it is scientifically possible for energy (atoms) in different locations (geographically) and possibly even temporally to invade other dimensions. The odds of this are enormously low. But, it is possible.

So, with that said, yes I believe in "ghosts".

right when i was 10 years old i went to a school in croydon in south london called woodside junior school. and i was held back after class for being bad or some shit.then when i finally got let out i started walking out of the classroom as my teacher left and i realised i forgot my ball. so i went back and got it and as i was walking out of the class room into the corridoor, for some reason i looked to my right and i saw a shadow, bout the same size of a medium height adult coming towards me at a speed so i ran the fuck out of there....

right now two years ago during the summer when i was 15 i was back at woodside because thats where my steel band practised during the summer that year. now one night after practise it was just me, some girl from the band (well haha you know) and my steel band teacher. he called me n the girl inside and told us to listen. then all i heard was something hitting the lights HARD. so i got the fuck outta there....

now we had to practise in the playground as a rehearsal for our performance, and i was in the front and when i was playing my steel pans a cold breeze came at me from one corner of the playground (had goosebumps on my arms n shit) but when i asked people around me if they felt it they were like "nope".

then the day after the performance we musta gone back to woodside to clean up the place a bit in case the headteacher tried to act up. now we locked up the minibus in the field and went into the playground....i had to come back and get something and when i came back the minibus' headlights had switched themselves on......

and same night, like fools, some of the other member of the band decided to go into the playground and there was reported to a cold line through the playground, which, when we did some research, happened to be the same part of the playground that used to be a temporary corridoor during the war....

and they said they say shadows running around the playground....

and..............

one them was strangled by an invisible force, even making him choke and pass out

yo the weirdest thing happened to me the other day...i woke up after having a zombie nightmare (reoccuring dream for me unfortunately) and i couldn't get back to sleep...so i was lieing in my bed in pitch black and about 6:50am this bright orange light lit up next to the toilet door...i thought it was a street light but where i live no light can get into that part of the flat plus it would have been constant except for if the trees blocked it, which it didn't...and it moved to the middle of the door and slowly faded...then about 2 minutes later...it lit back up again but instead of being circle shaped...it was higher up and looked a little like a shoulder...i can't explain it perosnally but know it wasn't street lights or cars...coz the light didn't move or shine in way that it could be...

Also years ago i remember waking fro ma nightmare and i saw a face looking over my bed and it moved swiftly to my bannister and disapeared...we weren't gettin burgled either lol...but thats another thing...

There are such things as ghosts... But not in the way you'd think. A lot of the time when people tell stories about poltergiests and all that bull, its actually a sudden burst of telekinesis from the human brain.

See regular humans only use less than 10% of their brains full capacity. The human mind is capable of a lot more than what we train it to do and things such as telekinesis, mind control, prophecy and a bunch of other stuff is actually physically possible. Humans just never bother learning or using these skills.

As for ghosts.. There are other dimensional planes existing right infront of our eyes, we just cant see them. However, the world is what the mind makes it up to be. That saying works on a lot more levels that what you would think it does. I'll leave it at that.

telekinesis is possible, def. But, it's also known that electrical interference from other dimensions can cross-over into our dimension...

we won't even get into the possibility of temporal disturbances because of time travel



the subject of the supernatural fascinates me...I just recall the times when I know I've felt presences in my vicinity

Ye this guy Derek Acorah...what you make of him (Sprit Medium) coz he was damn convincing last night...his eyes looked warped when this ghost took over him and when he collapsed...that too looked genuine...he was paralysed from the waist down temporarily and also said to have no re-collection of what he was doing...i.e no conciousness...no control over his body he got so deep he didn't know where he was which in previous episodes...he was able to control the level of connection but he was telling the spirit to get out of him prior to him going mad then he was shaking, sweating pleading the crew to get him out...that's how bad he was...but your thought's on spirit mediums, psychics e.t.c?

I believe in ghosts I guess. People always say "omfg ur a idiot how iz dat possible." But if you look at even VERY basic quantum physics, there is a theory about multiple dimensions... Ghosts could be anomolies from other dimensions, perhaps in the past. Or maybe just spiritual energy or souls from this dimension. Its all very feasible though.

I remember back in san diego I went to a friends house and saw a ghost. We were getting some shit from the attic, which is just like a normal attic but seperated in the middle by a wall with a door frame in the middle, but no door. One section (the one you climb up through and that we were in) has windows, the other doesnt. Anyway he was looking through shit I was just standing around... I looked through the doorway into the other section and it was dark... Then I saw the figure of a little girl move across from one side to the other. Shit was scary as fuck... I was out of there ASAP, didnt even tell my friend. Anyway I told him and he asked his dad about it, and apparently a little girl was murdered in their house 30-40 years ago.

And my GF is scared to death of ghosts. When she was little, she loved her grandfather on her mothers side, and she was his favorite grand kid... but he died. Obviously, she was really sad...

Anyway, a year or so later they took a photo as a family, and there was a white looking thing on my GFs shoulder... They got it enlarged and they could see it was a bony ass ghostly hand. It might not have been, but they all reckon it was the grandfather... still hangin around the family. And bad shit always happens to people she gets mad at. When she has fights with her sister, her sister feels like shes being haunted by a ghost. Once her aunt did something really slack to her at a family thing... couple of weeks later, badabing, car crash. She broke both of her legs, her husband got permanent brain damage, and it was her fault so zilch insurance.

Shit is fucked... I made a note to myself to make sure SHE breaks up with ME.
