Premanition: First bar was pretty good, creative and I liked it, second bar was real weak, third bar was weak as well, wasn't feeling the closer either. Drakel: First bar was weak, second bar had hella wordplay and that wordplay is quite played but this was aight, third bar was meh, more wordplay but I ain't seen this really ok bar, fourth bar was creative. Overall, this battle was decent. Premanition's verse was very inconsistent. There was a decent punch in there, and one other one that had potential, but was worded wrong. The rest didn't connect at all. Drakel also had one decent punch, and the rest were either forced or just didn't connect. To me, it came down to which verse I liked better.. and I have to go with Premanition. Even though the opener was completely played, his overall verse just seemed better to me. Drakel's wordplay seemed forced some of the time, and another time it just didn't make sense trying to pass of butter with better. I've seen some instance of all of the lines Drakel used before, and it just wasn't that entertaining to me. So, Premanition gets my vote.
